I have recently discovered a range of flavoured icing sugars sold by a small UK company called Sugar and Crumbs. The icing sugars are totally natural and suitable for people with various allergens. Not only can the sugars be used to create beautifully flavoured buttercreams, they can also be used in recipes (cakes, macarons, marshmallow, fudge etc).
