Home Made Fudge

I have never made fudge before, however I love the taste!  This recipe was inspired by a YouTube video that I watched.  It uses Sugar and Crumbs flavoured icing sugar and is very easy to follow.  You can make soft fudge or a firmer tablet fudge depending on how long you boil the mixture.  You an use any flavoured icing sugar.  I used Cinnamon bun which was delicious but I also love Salted Caramel.
