Pancakes

100g Plain Flour

2 Eggs

300ml Milk

Oil for frying pan

 

Whisk the egg, flour and milk  until the batter is lump free.

Drizzle oil into a frying pan and heat before pouring just enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan.  Cook until the liquid has solidified then flip the pancake and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.

Serve your pancake with a filling of your choice.  Traditional lemon juice and sugar, maple syrup, golden syrup, Nutella, Lotus Biscoff spread, sliced banana and icecream…. what’s your favourite?

I also love savoury pancakes, have you tried smoked haddock in a cheese sauce with peas?
