Buttercream Cookies

If ever you have leftover buttercream this recipe is perfect for using it up!

200g Buttercream (any flavour)

300g SR Flour

2 Eggs

Beat the softened buttercream with the eggs and flour.  You could add some sugar sprinkles or chocolate chips if you wish. I topped my chocolate cookies with a chocolate button.

Take a spoon of cookie dough and roll into a ball.  Flatten slightly with a fork and put on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake on 160c for 12 mins.
