Chocolate Cupcakes

235g Softened Butter

235g Light Brown sugar

200g SR Flour

35g Cocoa Powder

4 Eggs

1tsp Vanilla paste

Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla and flour and cocoa.  Spoon into cupcake cases and bake on 150 C for 18-20 mins.
