
600 g Malted Milk Biscuits
250 g Butter
200 g Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Caster Sugar
4 tbsp Golden Syrup
397 g Condensed Milk
200 g Milk Chocolate
350g Malteaser Spread
200 g Malteasers
Crush the biscuits and combine with melted butter. Press into a lined loose bottom tin 8” square. Chill to set.
Mix the butter, sugar, condensed milk and syrup in a saucepan stirring continuously until it boils then stir for 7 minutes whilst boiling to thicken and develop a caramel colour. Watch it doesn’t catch the bottom of the pan.
Pour the caramel over the biscuit base and leave to set.
Melt the chocolate and then warm the Malteaser spread in a microwave for 30 seconds. Mix the two together and pour over caramel. Decorate with Malteasers. Chill then slice and enjoy!
