I was really excited to get these 8” round, 2” deep sandwich pans from the PME Professional Bakeware range as I’ve heard that they are really good. I am planning to use them to make a Victoria Sponge cake and maybe a chocolate layer cake. They are seamless and will require parchment paper to line the bases. It will be interesting to see how evenly they bake. I may try with and without a baking belt to compare the results.
