Whenever I bake cookies or cupcakes, it’s always tricky to find space to let them all cool properly. Cupcakes need enough space around them for the air to flow when they are cooling, if they are touching there is a chance the cases might peel. After balancing cupcakes on my tiny cooling rack I decided I needed to look for a way to improve my kit!
After researching, I came across the Tala 3-tier cooling rack which was £9.99 on Amazon. It allows you to stack the three cooling racks so you can create 3 tiers of baked goodies all with space for them to cool properly. Each rack measures 40cm x 25cm, you can use just one, two or all three and when not in use they fold flat.
The thing I particularly like is that they are dishwasher safe. My old cooling rack had rust spots when I put it in the dishwasher so this new kit is a vast improvement. To find out more, visit http://www.talacooking.com
