
250g Plain Flour
50g Cornflour
50g Castor Sugar Or Icing Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tbs Milk
250g Butter softened
Beat the butter for 7 minutes until really fluffy. Mix in the flour, corn flour, icing sugar, baking powder and milk. Put soft dough into a piping bag and make swirls or fingers. Bake on 190 C for 12-15 mins until golden brown. Put on a cooling rack.
When cold you can either fill with jam and/or buttercream or dip in melted chocolate.
Makes 12-15 sandwich biscuits.
